React Scientific Containment Technology has acess to the World's leading manufacturer of enclosures for robotics systems in the pharmaceutical and associated industries. They offer a complete range of equipment for containment of hazards whether biological, particles or chemical fumes. Their systems are often chosen to be free standing within the laboratory, using a recirculatory filtration system to remove the hazards or to provide sterile air to bathe the robotics system.
For the most demanding of biological application that requires operator access to the robotics, enclosures are provided that provide a sterile environment for robotics systems with downflow air-draw protection technology for the operator. Similar air flow patterns can be seen on conventional Class II cabinets.
These systems are built to customer specification to suit the robotics system to be enclosed. They can be described as being of a Class II 'type', because of the exhaust/recirculatory air flow ratio's and equivalent high levels of operator and product protection they offer.
Simple touch button controls adjust the airflows during calibration, during operation electronic interlocks avoid incorrect operator access.
